- Capital was increased to 41,000,000JPY
- 2012
- Wet Process lines were delivered to CA. in US.
- 2013
- Large Wet Process line in FPD was delivered to Taiwan.
- 2015
- Distributor agreement with MueTec/Germany. Start Sales & Service for CD measurement.
- 2016
- Distributor agreement with COWIN/Korea. Get PO for FPD Mask Repair system.
- 2017
- Distributor agreement with Tricorntech/Taiwan. Start Sales & Service for AMC monitor tools.
- 2018
- established the sales & service office in Kashiwa city of Chiba.
- 2019
- opened the COWIN Japan office and NanoLock Japan office in TLJ.
- 2020
- Get PO for AMC/VOC Monitor systems from a big Semiconductor maker.
- 2021
- Business cooperation with FSCE/Artfil Inc. Start sales for Mask Writer and Registration system.
- 2022
- Get POs for COWIN/Photo-Mask Repair systems from LSI Mask makers.
- 2023
- Business cooperation agreement with TZTEK/China and promote a China business more.
